Returns
You can return your order within 5 days of receiving it. If more than 5 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Customized products cannot be returned. We only accept returns if we sent the wrong item or if the item is faulty. You must include proof of purchase with the return.
To start a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase and contact our support team at Email.parot@gmail.com.
Please note, if you decide to return the item you will need to pay for the return shipping.
Refunds (if applicable)
When we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm its receipt and inform you if your refund is approved.
If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7-15 working days and credit your original payment method.
For delivered orders, non-customized products are eligible for partial refunds, with shipping and handling fees deducted.
We do not accept returns or refund requests based on comparisons with cheaper or imitation products.
Please note that refunds can only be processed 30 days after the shipping date of your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven\’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it might take some time for the refund to be posted.
Next, contact your bank since refunds can take 2-5 business days to process.

Cancel Order
You can cancel your order only if it hasn\’t been fulfilled yet. Please note, a fee of 20% of your total order value will be charged for the cancellation to cover management, processing, and transaction costs.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange your item for the same one, please email us at email.parot@gmail.com.
Modifications to the Policy
The Company may change or update this Policy at any time, as allowed by the law. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Company\’s website or communicated through other appropriate channels.
